プレス加工される絞り加工製品の初歩的な工程設計の方法を「17.深絞り工程設計の基礎」　で説明しました。この方法は非常に広い範囲に使っていただける方法ですが、フランジ寸法が小さくなると、限界が出てきます。今回、範囲を広げフランジ直径に焦点を当てた工程設計の方法を説明しました。The elementary process design method for deep-drawn products was explained in "17 Basics of Deep Drawing Process Design". This method can be used in a very wide range of applications, but as flange dimensions become smaller, its applicability becomes limited. In this explanatory video, I have explained how to design a process focusing on flange diameter.
