非常に高精度な金型が必要になります。「うちは高精度で作るからパンチとダイは絶対に当たらない。」と自信をもって断言される会社もあります。しかし、使用するプレス機械や加工時の温度上昇など加工時の条件もあります。全く衝突していないのでしょうか？今回、実際に起きている現象を確認して対策について考えてみました。極めて狭いクリアランスで作られたパンチとダイは実際には、通常の加工条件では衝突してしまうことの確認を行い、対策の方法について考えてみました。
